Elk Mountain Hop Farm

In August 2014 I had the fortune of visiting Elk Mountain Farm, America’s largest contiguous hop farm. I spent a day and a half at the Anheuser-Busch facility reporting for Serious Eats. At the farm, I got to watch the hop growing process all the way from planting to kilning.
