My name is Rabi Abonour. I’m a freelance photographer and videographer based in Brooklyn, New York. A graduate of Indiana University, I’ve spent time as photography editor at the Indiana Daily Student, Inside Magazine, and American Student Radio, and completed internships at the Bloomington Herald-Times, Lafayette Journal & Courier, Brewers of Indiana Guild, Serious Eats, and Carrot – a VICE Company.
Telling people’s stories through visual media is my passion. It’s taken me across the world, from rural Indiana to rural India; from the markets of New York City to the markets of Saigon. I am always looking for the next story, the next adventure.
I am available for editorial, nonprofit, NGO, and commercial multimedia production.
